The Four Seasons Cabo is a 5-star resort located in the master development of Cabo del Sol, approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Cabo San Lucas. The Four Seasons resort will have 96 Hotel rooms and 46 Branded Residences. The development includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars –including a rooftop bar –, a Mercado, a Café, 2 pools, a spa, and retail shops. The resort is designed so that every hotel room and residence will have unobstructed views of the ocean. Guests of the hotel will have many options for dining and relaxation, along with private terraces in their hotel rooms –many with private plunge pools. Black Palm’s role in the Four Seasons resort consists of full project management services, as well as full construction management services, over a 3-year span.
